General Ming

Ingredients

• 1 oz (30ml) Ming River Sichuan Baijiu

• 1 oz (30 ml) Belsazar Red Vermouth

• Tonic Water

Build in a glass over ice.

Top with Tonic Water.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
