Ingredients
- 1 1/3 oz Ming River Sichuan baijiu
- 5/6 oz Triple Sec
- 5/6 oz Lime juice
- 1/3 oz Simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1Shake dry
- 2Shake with ice
- 3Strain into chilled coup
- 4Use the FORCE and garnish with whatever you have in your kitchen that looks like a lightsaber.
Created for Home Bar Awards‘ October 2018 Star Wars-themed cocktail competition. Trasch was particularly inspired by the animated series Sith Lord Ahsoka Tano, and wanted to honor her with something “classy and classic, yet strong and unpredictable.” He landed on this riff on the White Lady cocktail.
