Ming River gets an A+ on Rooster Magazine Baijiu Tasting
Rooster Magazine recently sat down with Derek Sandhaus and reviewed the four styles of baijiu. The article briefly talks about how the traditional Chinese spirit is unlike any Western spirit in terms of production process and taste. Jahla Seppanen received a tasting flight kit from DrinkBaijiu.com and writes about her experiences with each baijiu style which can vary in taste and can be as different as a mezcal is to a rum or a whiskey. Ming River Sichuan Baijiu received an A+ rating.
