Join Cofounder and Author Derek Sandhaus at NYU on a discussion on how alcohol has shaped and been shaped by Chinese Culture.  On Friday, March 29th from 3-5 p.m., NYU Steinhardt’s Nutrition and Food Studies Department will host author and Baijiu educator, Derek Sandhaus, for a lecture and guided baijiu tasting.
