- 1.5 oz Ming River Sichuan baijiu
- 1/3 oz Raspberry puré
- 1/3 oz Lichi juice
- 1/3 oz Simple syrup
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1/3 oz Egg white
- 1Dry shake
- 2Shake with ice
- 3Double strain into cocktail glass
- 4Garnish with sliced hawthorne
We first met the Made in China team at Bar Convent Berlin 2018, and were excited to learn that they’re leading the baijiu charge in Russia. There’s so much creativity being expended here on strong-aroma baijiu and fruit pairings. Can’t wait to see what they come up with next.
