Swatch House Sour Baijiu Cocktail

Ingredients
  • 1oz (30 ml) Ming River baijiu
  • 1oz (30 ml) Giffard Abricot du Rousillon
  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Contratto Aperitif (or Aperol)
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Lemon juice
  • 2 dash Sichuan peppercorn tincture
  • 1 dash Absinthe (optional)
  • 1
    Shake.
  • 2
    Serve in a coupe glass with a sprig of rosemary.

For additional spice, try garnishing with a sprig of fresh Sichuan peppercorn.
