  • 1 oz Giffard's Pineapple Liqueur
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 1/3 oz Freimeisterkollektiv Sage Distillate
  • 1/3 oz Giffard's Sugar Syrup
  • 1 oz Egg white
  • 1 dash saline
  • 1/6 oz Absinthe
  • 1
    Dry and wet shake
  • 2
    Strain into a coupe
  • 3
    Garnish with a pineapple wheel.
