- 1 oz Giffard's Pineapple Liqueur
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1/3 oz Freimeisterkollektiv Sage Distillate
- 1/3 oz Giffard's Sugar Syrup
- 1 oz Egg white
- 1 dash saline
- 1/6 oz Absinthe
- 1Dry and wet shake
- 2Strain into a coupe
- 3Garnish with a pineapple wheel.
